What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient energy healing technique. It helps to remove energetic blockages, emotional trauma and promotes balance within the body. It helps to connect the physical, mental and emotional bodies.
During a treatment the client lays on a treatment bed with their eyes closed and a light blanket over them if they wish. I place my hands on/around the body to help remove stagnant energy.
A 90 minute appointment: Thorough history of the client and the Reiki treatment, with aftercare advice and support.
